Licensed Psychologist | PsyD
I provide remote services only
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience–offering individual therapy to adults (18+) through a thoughtful, integrative lens. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or simply searching for clarity and meaning—therapy can be a powerful place to begin.
I’ve had the privilege of working in both general mental health and behavioral medicine settings, and I bring a whole-person perspective to therapy. That means I look beyond symptoms to consider the full picture—biological, psychological, social, and even spiritual factors that may be influencing your experience.
Some of the underlying contributors I explore with patients include unprocessed trauma, high sensitivity, sleep disordered breathing, low vagal tone, autoimmune issues, nutritional and hormonal imbalances, and more. When appropriate, I collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure you get comprehensive care.
A specific area of interest and expertise is working with highly sensitive people (HSPs), who make up roughly 50% of the mental health care seeking population. Anticipatory anxiety, perfectionism, relational concerns, and nervous system regulation are a few topics often discussed when working with someone who is an HSP.
I draw from ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches and nurture a safe, supportive relationship with my patients. Moreover, I am attuned to the spiritual needs of my patients and specialize in Christian integration. I thoughtfully weave Biblical truth into the healing process.
While licensed in Georgia, I am able to provide telehealth services across PSYPACT participating states: https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap. Services are offered via secure video platform, with flexible daytime hours.
I accept Ambetter, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR, and Oscar. If out-of-network, I can provide documentation for possible reimbursement. FSA/HSA cards are accepted.
