My passion is to help the Body of Christ understand and believe their true Identity as a Child of the King. Past abuse and trauma interferes with the capacity to understand the transforming power of Jesus Christ and to live in a daily concept of God’s love for us. I enjoy walking beside my clients to watch them shed the lies and the impact of past trauma to come out on the other side with healing and health. Abuse and trauma are so common in the Body of Christ and we are trying to ‘act like’ nothing is wrong. Deep inside there is pain, suffering and loss of trust. I love the whole process from bondage to freedom, seeing God work whether in the heart of women or men and in marriages.
I ONLY TAKE HOURLY APPOINTMENTS ONLINE. I DO NOT RECEIVE LOCAL CLIENTS IN MY OFFICE FOR HOURLY APPOINTMENTS.
The counseling for individuals is brief intensive therapy and lasts five days. You spend three hours a day with Trudy. In AZ, you stay at a nearby motel of which there are many to choose from, including a beautiful AZ resort and spa only five miles away.
Individual intensives include unique Christian Mind-Body techniques called “EMET” (the Hebrew word for “truth”), or if needed Emotional Freedom Techniques a cutting-edge technique to resolve painful patterns caused by past trauma.
COSTS: In person individual intensives are $2240.00 for the five day program. This does not include travel or lodging that you arrange yourself. (We have suggestions for options near Peoria, Arizona).
These intensives are also available online and work very well. You receive your packet of materials in advance of the online intensive.
Cost = $1500.00 for the four day online program that runs three hours a day.
I believe the A’nesis Retreats and Counseling Sabbaticals are an “end-times” ministry. What is abundantly clear to me is that the Bride—the Bride that Jesus loves so much—is in crisis because of the dysfunction-ridden family systems so many have grown up in. The trauma of alcoholic family or origins, child molestation and sexual abuse, other abuse and lack of nurturing and teaching by parents has put so many wounds on His Bride that she is unable to “hear His voice” or receive that she is worthy of a love that He freely gives. Much of my wisdom stems from my own journey of healing, including the trauma techniques that were instrumental in my own healing.

About Marriage Counseling:
For over 20 years Ms Johnson offered intensive marriage weeks. While she is no longer offering these bootcamp weeks, she is offering the program as an online version. You can participate in the marriage counseling by watching videos and working through hand-outs provided in the program.
Dr Trudy calls this a marriage training, as she realizes most Christian couples need training on how to have a Christian marriage. Couples can go away and have the retreat away from home or work through things weekly or monthly in the comfort of their home. Cost for the entire program that was $4300.00 in person is $300.00 for the training videos and hand outs.
