With a background in clinical social work and a desire to see the building up of the body of Christ, I am passionate about supporting and encouraging my brothers and sisters as they seek to navigate the difficulties of life and develop resilience that can lead to personal healing and spiritual growth. My areas of expertise include managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, faith formation, identity and purpose, relationship issues, transitional challenges, conflict resolution, forgiveness, etc.
I am equipped to offer individual counseling for children, teens, young adults, middle age and older adults. I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and work towards personal and spiritual growth – all from within a faith-based perspective.
Navigating life’s challenges can be a journey that sometimes feels overwhelming. As a Christian, you are never meant to navigate the difficulties of life on your own.
