I am a national certified counselor licensed in the state of South Carolina. As a practice owner and therapist, I work extensively with individual clients who experience anxiety, depression, grief, and/or adjustment difficulties as a result of various life circumstances.

Born and raised in the multicultural and multi-religious city state of Singapore, I did not come to the Christian faith until later in life. My early exposure to different religions and worldviews, my own tumultuous faith journey before accepting Jesus as my personal Savior and Lord, as well as my counseling training that includes serving as a lay counselor in a large church in Greenville SC and a formal mental health education, uniquely equipped me to appreciate the complex challenges Christians face in an increasingly diversified world. I will meet you where you are in your faith journey – whether you have been a longtime Christian or are questioning your faith.
I believe in the power of a strong, authentic, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, and make it a priority to provide a nonjudgmental and authentic space for my clients to process, reflect, crystalize goals, grow, and heal. Many of my clients have told me that one of the things they appreciate most about my therapeutic approach is my asking sincere and sometimes hard questions that challenge them, which in turn help them make insight-based decisions for themselves.
Having lived and worked internationally since the age of 19, and having worked in news, business, and church ministry prior to become a licensed professional counselor, I work best with driven professionals working in high-stress, fast-paced environments, late adolescents/young adults, and expatriates.
