Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I provide remote services only
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) practicing in California, as well as a local pastor with extensive experience in pastoral care and counseling spanning several decades. My academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwest Baptist University, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, along with a Master of Science degree from California State University, Hayward.
In my psychotherapeutic practice, I utilize an eclectic approach that integrates various therapeutic modalities, including both secular and Christian counseling frameworks, tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of my clients.
Welcome to a resource dedicated to providing emotional support in navigating life’s complexities. Recognizing the strength it takes to seek help, I collaborate with couples, families, and individuals to address a range of issues, including emotional disturbances and relational dynamics. My practice encompasses both Christian counseling and general psychotherapy, delivered in a secure and supportive environment that encourages open dialogue about emotions and the cultivation of healthier relationships.
I employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions to effectively address anxiety, life transitions, and past experiences. My commitment is to facilitate increased self-awareness and positive life changes for my clients, with the ultimate aim of achieving greater happiness and fulfillment.
Currently, I offer teletherapy services, allowing for flexible access to therapeutic support. As a Christian psychotherapist, I strategically integrate secular psychotherapeutic methods with Christian principles to foster holistic healing and personal growth. I invite you to reach out for support, whether you prefer traditional interventions or a faith-based approach. My overarching goal is to nurture a path toward comprehensive healing.
