Christine seeks to provide a place where clients feel safe to explore areas in their life where they desire healing and change. In a world of demands, we all need to take the time to care for ourselves. This includes being equipped with the tools and support needed to achieve goals and a fuller life.

Christine has many life experiences and career paths that apply to her work as a therapist. For the past sixteen years Christine has worked as an Executive Director of a nonprofit while also providing counseling and emotional support to teens, women and their families in crisis. This has also included an emphasis in advocacy work and the therapeutic relationship.

Area of Focus

Christine’s focus is that no single approach is a fit for every individual. With that said, she has been trained in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief, Person Centered and many others while applying clinically tested and evidenced based interventions.

Education

Christine received her BA in Speech and Communication from San Francisco State University with a concentration in interpersonal communication and public speaking. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary in 2019.
