Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | MA, LMFT
I know it could be difficult to seek help because I have been in your shoes before. I remember going to my first therapist when I was distressed due to my relationship. It took me time and much needed self healing before I came out feeling whole and full of purpose again. At that time I needed God’s help the most and he reminded me that I was cared for and safe. I like to think that becoming a therapist was not by chance. My therapist helped me change my life for the better and it was at that point that I decided to become a therapist. The word teaches us that we all hold a purpose as God’s children and I truly believe that my purpose is to help others who are in need, as I once was.
