Ron Eckman

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | MA, LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families experience hope, healing, and lasting change.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. I provide an individualized, relational, collaborative, and caring approach to counseling, integrating sound clinical practices with biblical principles for clients who desire a distinctly Christian perspective.

I specialize in marriage and relationship counseling, premarital counseling, adolescents, Christian counseling, and working with military members, veterans, first responders, and their families. I am also a certified SYMBIS facilitator, helping engaged and premarital couples build a strong foundation for lifelong marriage.

Before becoming a therapist, I served 24 years on active duty in the United States Air Force. This experience provides me with a firsthand understanding of military culture and the unique challenges military life can place on individuals, marriages, and families.

I have been married for more than 30 years and have three married adult children and a grandchild. My goal is to provide a compassionate, Christ-centered environment where clients can strengthen relationships, overcome unhealthy patterns, restore hope, and pursue meaningful change.
