Counseling is about change and healing and it is an honor to be invited into this process with individuals. I have been offering help, healing and hope to those in need since 2010. Education and experience includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in addition to working multiple years as a Social Worker and Clinical Director of a non-profit ministry. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Prepare & Enrich Certified.
I provide a faith-based approach that integrates professional mental health care with sound biblical truths. An essential part of this process is creating a safe place for each individual to explore painful and difficult life issues that hinder them from living the life they desire with the highest value of respecting and caring for the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. My goal is to provide therapy that always respects one’s personal journey in an environment that is trustworthy, confidential, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive.
