Dr. Brooke Ewert is the founder and owner of the Rocky Mountain Sports Counseling Center in Englewood, Colorado. She specializes in providing mental health counseling to athletes experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Dr. Ewert also supports athletes navigating injuries, coaching conflicts, and the transition into retirement from sport. Her mission is to deliver comprehensive mental health care to athletes at all levels—from youth and collegiate sports to professional and Olympic competition—while empowering athletes to share their experiences and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in sports. Dr. Ewert earned a doctoral degree in Counseling Education and Supervision, where she conducted advanced research on athlete retirement and developed enhanced approaches to addressing identity loss and related mental health concerns in post-sport life.
