Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | LPCC-11448

As Christians, we often believe that if we pray harder, trust more deeply, or have enough faith, our struggles should fade away. When they don’t, we can feel confused, discouraged, or even wonder if something is wrong with us. The reality is that anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship struggles can affect anyone.

The Lord is our Wonderful Counselor, and my faith in Him guides both my daily life and my work as a therapist. He often works through the gifts He provides, including trusted relationships, counseling, and sometimes medication, to bring healing, wisdom, and hope. Let’s work together to calm the chaos, reconnect with what matters most, and create steadiness within. I help individuals and couples heal from trauma, loss, anxiety, and relationship pain so they can move forward with greater clarity, connection, and peace.

As an Emotionally Focused Therapist, I help couples rebuild trust and deepen connection. For individuals, I integrate EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support healing, resilience, and growth. Early sessions focus on creating a safe and comfortable environment, clarifying goals, and taking meaningful steps toward lasting change.

My practice blends professional expertise with lived experience. I am a mother of two children, one now a young adult joyfully finding her place in the world, and one who passed away in his teens, teaching me about loss, love, and life after heartbreak. Through both seasons of joy and seasons of deep grief, my faith has been an anchor and a source of hope. The Lord has taught me how to grieve, how to heal, and how to embrace both sorrow and joy as part of a full and meaningful life. My hope is to provide a place where you feel accepted, understood, and supported as you move toward healing, deeper connection, and the life God is calling you to live.
