I am the chief psychiatric provider and co-owner of Inner Joy Psychiatry, an integrative mental wellness clinic. I am a Christian provider with full-practice authority in the state of Colorado, which enables me to evaluate, diagnose and treat mental illness just like a psychiatrist. I specialize in integrative psychiatry for individuals ages 16+ combining evidence-based medication management with holistic and non-traditional “whole-body” approaches for full-spectrum treatment of mental illnesses, substance abuse, and addictions.
I see health and healing through a Christian worldview, but I am here to provide non-judgmental care to all people, from any walk life. Viewing the mind, body, emotions, and soul as beautifully interconnected, I will strive to gain a deep understanding of your unique history, the current struggles that are hindering mental wellness, and adaptation skills that can be enhanced to inspire a lasting sense of inner joy.
I view each individual as a whole person, rather than a set of symptoms. I encourage growth in mindfulness, self-care, personal accountability & self-awareness, while prioritizing your autonomy in the development of your unique treatment plan. I am committed to bringing humanity and empathy back into healthcare. Insurances Accepted: United/Optum, UMR, Golden Rule, Cigna/Evernorth, and Aetna currently. BCBS/Carelon coming soon. We are not in-network with Medicare/Medicaid or Tri-Care at this time.
