Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Life is challenging, and everyone can feel defeated sometimes, including Christians. I am passionate about helping clients build skills, resilience, and inner strength, so people can face life’s challenges with greater openness and flexibility. I use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, as I believe no single approach fits everyone. I select tools and interventions based on each client’s unique needs. Our work may include exploring core beliefs, developmental history, and personal value systems. I also incorporate mindfulness, lifestyle adjustment, and creativities to help clients to cope with stress and life challenges. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, unforgiveness, and feelings of powerlessness or helplessness. Together, we develop practical coping strategies and strengthen the image of ourselves as created by God.
