I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the states of Washington and South Carolina. I earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Phoenix in Human Services/Management, a Master of Arts from Capella University in Nonprofit Management and Leadership, and a Master of Arts degree from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years of service. I am committed to my profession and continuing my education.
My specialty is Trauma (Sexual assault and Abuse), PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and several other evidence-based modalities, we will see a marked difference in outcomes. Where I differ is I use my training, experience, and beliefs to align with you to help you achieve healthy, lasting, sustainable goals.
