Sonny received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University and his Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University.
Prior to becoming a counselor, Sonny held leadership and management positions in church and business. He has also served as a board member for 501c3 organizations and as a ministry volunteer.
Sonny and his wife, Pati, have been married for over forty years and are native Texans, residing in the Dallas / Fort Worth area for over 50 years. They have two married daughters and four grandchildren. Sonny and Pati are active members and teachers at their church. He is the author of three books; Him Changes Everything, Him Still Changes Everything and The Trellis Marriage.
