Everyone has needs and we all need help from others from time to time as we go through difficult or challenging seasons in our lives. My personal journey along with my training and experience has enabled me to facilitate others in their growth as well. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, including solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive-behavioral, directive, and coaching. The therapeutic relationship between counselor and client is vitally important – establishing rapport is one of the top priorities during our initial session together.
