Licensed Professional Counselor | MA, NCC, LPC, LAC
I provide remote services only
Raised as a missionary kid in East Asia, I bring a firsthand understanding of cross-cultural life, faith under pressure, and the unique resilience required of those who serve globally. That personal history shapes everything about how I show up as a therapist — with deep respect for the intersection of faith, calling, and mental health.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy, and I am licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Texas and Colorado, and as a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado. My clinical background spans cross-cultural ministry care, addiction recovery, and outpatient counseling. I currently serve with Wycliffe Bible Translators’ counseling ministry, and have previously worked as a therapist at a recovery center in Colorado and provided counseling through Link Care Foundation in Fresno, California — a ministry dedicated to the wholistic care of missionaries and international workers.
I currently offer telehealth counseling to clients throughout Texas and Colorado via BetterHelp and Headway, bringing accessible, faith-sensitive care directly to you — wherever you are.
My approach integrates evidence-based clinical practice with a genuine commitment to faith and spiritual formation. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Addiction Counseling, and Level One Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I believe that lasting healing engages the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they pursue that wholeness.
I have a particular heart for missionaries, ministry workers, and cross-cultural families navigating transitions, relational strain, and the hidden costs of a life given in service. I am committed to providing care that honors both the calling and the cost of that work.
