Licensed Professional Counselor | MA, NCC, LPC, LAC
I provide remote services only
As a Christian counselor, I believe every person is created in the image of God with inherent dignity, value, and purpose. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can grow in self-understanding, strengthen relationships, develop practical coping skills, and pursue healing in mind, body, and spirit. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with sensitivity to each client’s faith background and spiritual journey.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy. I am licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and Colorado, and as a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado. I am also currently pursuing an EdD in International Cross-Cultural Counseling. I am an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) with advanced training in supporting autistic individuals and families through a neurodiversity-informed and strengths-based approach.
My counseling practice focuses primarily on adolescents and adults with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), especially those struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, executive functioning difficulties, social and relational challenges, identity concerns, and the exhaustion that can come from years of masking or feeling misunderstood. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-capacity individuals who have spent much of their lives trying to “hold it together” while quietly carrying significant stress, shame, or discouragement.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, addiction counseling, and Level One Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My clinical background includes working with ADHD and autistic clients both locally and internationally, as well as experience in outpatient counseling, addiction recovery, and cross-cultural ministry care. I currently serve with the counseling ministry of Wycliffe Bible Translators and previously worked with Link Care Foundation, supporting missionaries, international workers, and cross-cultural families navigating transition, burnout, relational strain, and the emotional cost of long-term service.
I provide telehealth counseling to clients throughout Texas and Colorado through SonderMind and Grow Therapy for insurance-based services, and through SimplePractice for private-pay clients. Whether you are navigating neurodiversity, relationship stress, ministry fatigue, life transitions, or emotional exhaustion, I would be honored to walk alongside you with compassion, clinical care, and respect for your faith journey.
