They say if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life. This is true of me after entering the field of mental health. I am so honored to be a part of your journey and to walk with you towards freedom, wholeness, and to become your authentic self. I am a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) and have a passion for those who are struggling to break free from unhealthy and unwanted sexual behaviors. I am passionate about helping people break unhealthy patterns and discover new ways of living. My belief is that every person entering my office already possesses what is necessary to become his or her authentic self; this is why I named the practice Pneuma. It is then my role as your therapist to shine the light into the areas you may not recognize: your strengths, gifting, and your ability to change.
I am a native of Chicago and moved to Colorado in 2021. I am happily married to my best friend and we have three children. In my free time, I love staying active, planning my next backpacking trip, and spending time with my family and close friends enjoying a good meal, deep conversation, and having a good laugh.
