Rick Aldred

I became a counselor as a result of my own individual journey with therapy. After serving on active duty in the US Army for nearly 8 years, my wife and I were on the verge of divorce. It was during this time that I first encountered the healing that can come from counseling.

After leaving military service, I worked in corporate America for 7 years as a project manager. My position afforded me the flexibility to attend graduate school at night and pursue my goal of becoming a licensed counselor.
