Thank you for considering me in your search to find a therapist! I specialize in working with young women struggling with body image distress, disordered eating, anxiety, and relational stressors. I have worked in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient therapeutic settings for eating disorders and persistent mental illnesses.
I believe that true healing is possible when we address the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs of an individual. Because of this, I like to invite Jesus into our sessions in whatever way you feel comfortable. I utilize compassion and humor to build rapport and make sessions feel comfortable and supportive. I am also not afraid to hold you accountable to goals you are working towards, with support at the forefront.
