Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor

You love Jesus, and go to bed wondering why you do not feel good enough. You look like you have it together. Inside, you second-guess, struggle with your faith, and avoid conflict. You spent years learning how to survive. You became the strong one, the people pleaser, the woman who learned how to shape herself around what everyone else needed. You struggle to say no. You say “it’s fine” when it is not. Dating feels impossible. Marriage feels lonely. You are tired of carrying childhood wounds, church hurt, and fear of being abandoned. You keep asking yourself, “What is wrong with me?”

For 10 years, I’ve helped women in their 20s and 30s move from insecurity to confidence. I ask a lot of questions. I slow things down. I watch for when you tense up, shut down, or laugh something off. I am direct and focused on change. If shame shows up, I name it. I challenge lies when I see them. I am interested in the moment you stopped trusting yourself.

Over time, clients start to recognize what is happening in them. They notice when when fear is making the decisions for them. They begin to trust their own thoughts again. Relationships feel clearer. Boundaries feel possible. Faith becomes less about pressure. If you are ready to start living with more confidence, I would love to work with you.
