I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, with a passion for families and couples to be all that God created the to be. It would be an honor to help your family navigate your journey at this time. The Lord created us for connection and when we feel disconnected in our family or as a couple, we know there needs to be change. I am comfortable seeing one person in the system or the whole family. I have counseled parents of toddlers through adult children with a myriad of situations. Also I have experience guiding grandparents as well, who are parenting their grandchildren. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy which I use when working with couples. This model allows couples to understand their current cycles and attachment needs and then change and behave in different healthy ways. It also allows couples to create new emotional connections. My husband and I have traveled around the world with the military, so I have personal experience navigating military life. It would be an honor to help you.
