Hi, I’m Maria. I’m a licensed psychotherapist and EMDR therapist who helps adults work through trauma, anxiety, relationship and family wounds, low self-worth, boundaries, and difficult life transitions.
As a Christian therapist, I believe faith and emotional healing can work together. I integrate biblical principles, inner healing with evidence-based therapy to help patients process painful experiences, understand unhealthy patterns, and move forward with greater peace and confidence.
My approach is warm, personal, and trauma-informed. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and provide telehealth throughout Florida as well as in-person counseling in Orlando.
