Licensed Professional Counselor
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, grief, and career transitions. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and I like to draw on an eclectic approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the people I serve.
My professional background spans multiple settings, including community outpatient services, family-based mental health, and partial hospitalization programs. In recent years, I worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs, supporting veterans and families coping with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life stress.
I earned my master’s degree in counseling and clinical psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 2013. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative relationship with my clients to help them identify the roadblocks that prevent them from being the best version of themselves. As a Christian I like to integrate faith into the counseling process and believe that our relationship with God is central to our healing and restoration.
I have a laid-back demeanor, sense of humor, and caring style. I like to create a welcoming environment where my clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. My goal is to foster meaningful growth, healing, and lasting change—helping you move toward greater resilience and transformation.
