I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I graduated in 2018 with a bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Social Work. During that time, I discovered a deep passion for mental health and continued my education at Oral Roberts University for a master’s degree in Christian Counseling. I am excited to serve ages 18+ and couples in the DFW area.
I am also a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator. Prepare/Enrich is a customized relationship assessment that identifies a couple’s strength and growth areas, allowing them to focus on the areas that are crucial for growth within their unique relationship. It is a widely used tool for premarital and marriage counseling and education, and is suitable for couples in all phases and stages of life.
Within my practice, I offer a custom approach for each of my clients. I would start by listening to your main concerns and challenges and then create goals with you to help you start moving forward. I offer in-person and virtual sessions to best fit your schedule. Our sessions may look like setting boundaries, practicing effective communication, or processing difficult life transitions.
