Hey men: Has life gotten away from you? Do you find yourself in a place you are not satisfied with? Do you want to feel like yourself again? You thought life would look different by now, but you can’t seem to string together enough victories to get to where you want to be. It may not feel like it yet, but change is possible.

I work with men struggling with pornography addiction, anger management, and athletic performance. My approach to counseling is rooted in a faith-based Christian perspective.
