I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state
of North Carolina and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I work
with people on issues related to anger, stress, depression, anxiety,
PTSD, grief and loss, major life changes and spirituality among others.
I believe in empowering my clients to live life in the fullness of
God. It is within this fullness that we find healing. I believe in
helping the whole person spiritually and emotionally. It is that
disconnection that causes most of the issues in our lives. We are
spirits experiencing being human!
My own life experiences have led me to where I am today, and it is
those experiences that I will bring to our sessions. I will
collaborate with you on your goals for your growth and healing in our
time together.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental, warm, and inviting space for clients
to explore and process their innermost desires and struggles.
Remember, this is YOUR time, and we will move as fast or as slow as
you need. Reaching out is the first step to healing.
