As a trauma informed, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, Level 1 & 2 Gottman trained, and certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator I seek to create an environment of empathy and empowerment while offering tools to assist individuals in meeting their unique mental health related goals. I have a passion for helping adults, teens, couples, first responders, military members, and their families. I have worked with couples, individual adults and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relational difficulty, infidelity, and abuse.

I believe that each individual has a unique journey which has impacted their life in a distinct manner. Additionally, I understand that individuals respond to therapeutic modalities in a myriad of ways. I incorporate a diverse array of researched-based therapeutic philosophies in order to create a personalized treatment plan for each client.
