I genuinely care for others and understand that change is difficult. I accept people as they are when they come to me. I am committed to seeing the best in them and supporting them as they take one step at a time toward what they most want for their lives.
I work with issues including trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, parenting, and others.
I see ages 3-99, and I work with children, teens, adults, and couples. I do play therapy with children. I am trained in EMDR and am very passionate about helping trauma survivors.
Please note that I am licensed only in the state of Texas, so I can only see for counseling, even remotely, those who reside in the state of Texas.
