I am a minister’s wife and Mom to a sibling group of 3 adopted kids, two girls and a boy. We also have a “fur baby.” We live in Texas where my husband is a worship pastor, and I have my PhD in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Louisiana Baptist University; my Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Houston-Clear Lake; and my Bachelor’s Degree in Family Psychology with a Minor in Religion from Oklahoma Baptist University. I also have a License in Marriage & Family Therapy (LMFT) in the states of Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, as well as a Certification in Child-Centered Play Therapy from the UNT Center for Play Therapy. (CCPT) I am also using the Focus Marital Therapy (FMT) in my practice.
