God has given me a passion to come alongside those who are struggling in their walk with God while facing the difficulties of living in this world. Depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, relationship stress, and maladaptive ways of protecting ourselves in this world keep us from experiencing many of the realities that the Bible says can be ours in Jesus. When we struggle in these areas it can feel like something is wrong with us resulting in feelings of shame, worthlessness, and not being good enough. Often we feel we have to hide our wrestling. This can be a very painful and confusing journey. I would love to help you through this time.
I have over 25+ years of experience working in the Christian Context of therapy directing a Christian counseling center on a church campus. I have also worked with many church leaders, missionaries and para-churches leaders and spouses as they try to navigate the unique struggles of working or being a part of ministry. I would love to help you too.
I have specialized training in EMDR, Brain Spotting and ImTT. ImTT is a unique treatment that is a gentle approach in addressing trauma, depression and anxiety. This treatment helps to move therapy forward more quickly than just talk therapy. I am also trained in a number of Christian Inner Healing approaches that help clients realize the healing presence of Jesus in their lives.

My Fee is $185 for an individual and $200 for couples for a 50 minute session.
