Darryl Donlin, MBA, LCSW is a Christian counselor who specializes in working with
• couples seeking to improve communication and satisfaction in their relationship,
• men who are facing personal challenges as a husband, father, and man of God.
By combining the principles of psychology with a Faith-based approach, Darryl enables clients to understand deeper issues that influence behavior, develop skills to implement right away and ultimately replace the “quick fix” mentality by inviting Jesus to bring long-term healing.
Additional services provided are Encounter Coaching and business consultation. Darryl provides in-person and virtual sessions through his private practice, This Is NOW Counseling based out of Montville, NJ.
Darryl has 20+ years of extensive clinical and corporate executive management experience in behavioral health and managed care settings. He has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood College (now Marywood University) in Scranton, PA.
In addition, he earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Delivery Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Darryl is also a Certified Trauma Treatment Professional (CCTP) utilizing EMDR, CBT and Somatic based interventions.
