Hello! I became a Christian counselor because I have been where you are at. I needed help beyond what well-intentioned church leaders and members could provide. I provide individual counseling with a focus on anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, sexual abuse, church hurt, women’s issues, and grief and loss. I provide marital and premarital counseling and utilize a combination of the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Prepare Enrich. I honor where you are at in your walk with the Lord. While all of my counseling takes place within a Biblically-based Christian worldview, how much we actively incorporate faith into each session is up to each client.
