Hello! Isn’t it time to step into a life of wholeness? We are created for a life of purpose and fulfillment. So often the wounds we experience in life keep us from living our destiny. God has given me a passion for helping others see healing in their lives, as He has given me much healing in my life. Sometimes there are thoughts and emotional strongholds that have taken root and keep us from moving forward. The behavioral patterns and cognitive beliefs prevent us from growing into who God created us to be. Hope and healing are absolutely possible! Jesus is the hope we need. I specialize in women’s issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. In my practice I see adults, including older adults and older adolescents. I am a level 2 trained EMDR therapist as well.
