Everyone faces challenges at some point in their lives. I believe the key to enduring these challenges is having a solid anchor to hold us in place amidst life’s storms. Whether this be healing from trauma, enduring life transitions, or facing paralyzing tragedy- being fully anchored is where we can find hope. My goal is to compassionately come alongside my clients in a supportive and empowering way. By drawing upon their strengths we will work together to formalize realistic and attainable goals. I believe there is hope for everyone and I feel blessed to intersect with my clients wherever they are in their journey.
