Anne Marie is a masters level counselor and a registered mental health counselor intern with the state of Florida. She works from a cognitive behavioral approach to help clients develop healthy thinking patterns and act in ways in line with their personal values system. Anne Marie is trained in Prepare/Enrich, which can be used for premarital and marriage enrichment counseling.
Anne Marie is passionate about helping individuals navigate major life changes, such as emerging adulthood, engagement, welcoming new children, launching grown children, job transitions, caring for aging parents, grief/loss, etc. She also enjoys working with clients with chronic mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety, and helping them find hope. She enjoys teaching strategies for coping, communication, and healthy boundaries. Anne Marie enjoys working with adolescents, emerging adults, senior adults, or anyone facing adjustment or mood difficulties.
