I am a strong believer in the transformative power of the Holy Spirit and His ongoing involvement in the therapeutic process. I love to partner with Him to come alongside people and explore with humility and curiosity the problems affecting their lives. I’m committed to helping marriages, families , and individuals learn how to build healthier relationships. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around relationships through a cognitive behavioral approach mixed with emotionally-focused therapy. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
