I am a strong believer in the transformative power of the Holy Spirit and His ongoing involvement in the therapeutic process. I love to partner with Him to come alongside people and explore with humility and curiosity the problems affecting their lives. I’m committed to helping marriages, families , and individuals learn how to build healthier relationships. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around relationships through a cognitive behavioral approach mixed with emotionally-focused therapy. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I also love doing intensive work with couples ( 2-3 days intensives ).

Me encanta colaborar con Él para acompañar a las personas y explorar con humildad y curiosidad, los problemas que afectan sus vidas. Estoy comprometido a ayudar a matrimonios, familias e individuos a aprender cómo construir relaciones más saludables y vidas mas prósperas.
Mi trabajo se enfoca en abordar conductas, hábitos y creencias ineficaces en las relaciones y en los individuos mediante un enfoque cognitivo-conductual combinado la terapia centrada en las emociones y la verdad biblica. Creo en modelar un enfoque colaborativo para ayudar a los clientes a alcanzar sus metas. También disfruto trabajar de manera intensiva con parejas ( Clinicas intensivas de 2 o 3 días).
