Aliza Beaulieu

I am a licensed mental health professional in Florida who works with professionals who are struggling at work or at home. Raised in a Christian home and as a “PK” (or pastor’s kid), I understand mental health dynamics from a Christian lens. I support leaders in ministry and otherwise, wives, husbands and young adults who are struggling with a myriad of issues (such as anxiety, work stress, navigating relationships, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, panic attacks, etc.) and want the support of a Christian-oriented counselor who can provide not only mental health support, but an understanding of Christian values and spiritually informed care.
