With 20 years experience as a Pastoral Counselor and 15 years experience working with individuals struggling with mental health issues and addiction and recovery, I am here to help. Using Biblically-based principles to complement evidenced-based therapies, I have helped hundreds of individuals overcome psychological, emotional, and physiological struggles. I specialize in EMDR, Somatic therapies (TRM), CBT and mindfulness. I work closely with my clients helping them to refocus their thoughts on how God can lead and heal them.
I work with individuals 18 – 95 years of age who struggle with diagnoses including, PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and grief. I offer an initial phone consultation, free of charge, to determine if my experience is a match with the client’s needs. If I am not a good match, I will try to offer a referral or refer the individual back to Focus to find another provider.
