As a Master’s level, clinically trained Pastoral Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work from a Christian faith perspective with couples, families, and individuals. My therapy experience and expertise includes marriage preparation, couples’ and family conflict resolution and better communication, healing from infidelity, forgiveness of others and forgiveness of self, teen and young adult women, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and self-confidence, finding God’s purpose for your life, and vibrant identity in Christ.
We welcome couples, families, and individuals who are seeking a Christian Counselor and Christian therapy, where faith is the foundation of our approach. We listen to what you are saying, and we meet you where you are at on your journey. We hold a “judgement free zone” so that freedom to express what is really happening for you can come forth in full trust and confidentiality, and be resolved. We use talk therapy, written and activity-based exercises to develop insight and helpful habits, and a very collaborative approach so that your wishes and preferences are honored and given full voice.
Almost 20 years ago, friends and pastors began to share that they saw a call of ‘counselor’ on my life. I decided to pursue this call and can say that I am blessed to be able to walk deeply with others during their low times in life, and be a vessel of God in bringing healing, restoration, and fulfillment of purpose and dreams to those who work with me.
