Hope That Heals is a secure online platform that allows clients to engage in services from the comfort of their own home or on the go. I have an extensive history working with individuals, groups, and couples from diverse populations on a gamut of concerns. In addition, I have helped many parents with parenting tips and also how to come alongside their children who may be struggling with sexual identity and/or other child/adolescent concerns.
Living in such a fast-paced and complicated world can cause added stress and due to trying to keep up with daily living in addition to managing any underlying personal concerns. Compounding societal and personal pressures can definitely cause feelings of being overwhelmed and having difficulties to cope. This can lead to distraction from self-care and healthy living due to exhaustion and possibly not even being aware of the toll life is taking.
The good news is that there is hope for healing and knowing you are not alone, can take the pressure off of trying to manage by yourself. Plus, having a Christian perspective allows for God to work in mighty and powerful ways that only He can. The time is now, take that next step, you are worth it!
