I received a MA in Counseling from Liberty University in 2000. From 2003-2008, I worked in the mental health field serving Medicaid clients ages 6 and also received training and supervision for licensure from AlphaCare Counseling, a non-profit Christian counseling practice.
I have been providing counseling as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Bridgeway Counseling since 2008. I am a certified Gottman Method Therapist (Marriage Counseling) and have extensively trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples and EMDR for individuals.
I am available to counsel ages 13 and older.
I started Bridgeway Counseling in 2008 in Wake Forest. My practice serves couples who desire to rejuvenate their marriage or heal from infidelity and make a new start.
I also help individuals who desire to rejuvenate their way of living. I help people with mental health issues (anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, PTSD) and life issues that come up that sometimes require an outside perspective for guidance. I enjoy helping people with life-coaching strategies (time management, organization, goal-setting, and accountability.)
Spiritual direction is also available for individuals.
