I am not someone for whom healing is theoretical. I have fought hard for my own healing so I know how daunting this journey can be. I also know how great healing and freedom are! Through my own life, I have dealt with mental illness as a result of trauma, family of origin issues and medical ailments. I know what it is like to not want to get out of bed in the morning, to have panic attacks, to feel sick all the time. My journey of healing has led me to want to help others find true health, and victory, not to just manage symptoms. To that end, I am not only a counselor, but also am in process toward becoming a Certified Integrative Medicine Provider for Mental Health.
Jesus already won your healing. He took a beating for it. Let’s not leave any of your healing on the shelf. Let’s go after it together!
I am in Minnesota, but, as a fully telehealth practice, I am licensed and offer clinical counseling for those who live in Florida, Maine, Minnesota, Michigan or Virginia. Christian Spiritual Coaching is available anywhere for those who would like to gain the benefits of counseling but do not want a clinical diagnosis and who will not be using insurance.
