Leah Harter, CMHC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah, an LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, and the founder of Elios Counseling & Coaching. Since 2000, she has specialized in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, women’s issues, and premarital counseling. Leah is trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to provide individualized, trauma focused, evidence-based care.
In addition to her counseling practice, Leah has served as an adjunct psychology professor at Westminster College and Messiah University, and has been featured on Fox 13’s “The Place.” She also conducts workshops on trauma, grief, parenting, stress, and boundaries. Leah offers a safe, collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy, with the option of faith-integrated counseling for clients who request it.
Fees: She accepts clients who can pay privately, or she is a contracted provider with Select Health, Aetna, BCBS, PEHP, EMI and Mines and Associates.
