I have my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and a Masters in Divinity from Concordia Seminary, bringing over a decade of counseling and pastoral experience to sessions!
I conduct therapy from a Christian worldview mainly using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on replacing negative thought patterns with healthy ones. I also employ a variety of other techniques and modalities depending on your situation and needs, such as REBT, IFS, EMDR, mindfulness, Scripture/prayer meditation, narrative therapy, and more!
