Licensed Professional Counselor

Life has a way of shaping us through both joy and hardship. Sometimes the wounds we carry from relationships, grief, trauma, or difficult life experiences begin to affect how we see ourselves, others, and even God. I believe healing happens when people experience genuine safety, compassionate care, and healthy connection.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to counseling that integrates evidence-based practices with Christian faith when desired. My work is rooted in attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and relationship-focused care, helping clients better understand the patterns that keep them paralyzed while developing practical tools for lasting change.

I enjoy working with adolescents (13+), young adults, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship concerns, boundaries, codependency, life transitions, and spiritual questions. I also have a special heart for pastors, ministry leaders, ministry families, and those processing hurts within the church or the unique challenges that come with serving in ministry.

Before entering private practice, I served individuals, couples, families, and groups in community mental health settings and continue to serve as a worship pastor. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the intersection of emotional health, relationships, and faith, while reinforcing the importance of maintaining ethical, clinically sound care for every client.

Whether faith has always been central to your life, you’re wrestling with difficult questions, or you simply want a counselor who understands your Christian worldview, my desire is to meet you where you are with compassion, humility, and hope. Together, we’ll work toward healing old wounds, strengthening relationships, and cultivating the resilience needed to move forward with greater freedom and purpose.

I believe growth is much like a seed—it flourishes when planted in healthy soil. My hope is to provide a safe place where healing can take root, relationships can be restored, and lasting growth can begin.
