Licensed Professional Counselor
Hello! My name is Ethan Clark and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who received a Master’s of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. Prior to starting the counseling process, I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University. I spent a few years after college working in ministry at a church and then overseas doing mission work with refugees which sparked my interest in pursuing a career in counseling. I consider it a privilege to hear people’s stories and help them understand how to work through areas of brokenness in their life impacting their mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational health in order to experience healing and growth.
I understand that starting the counseling journey can feel overwhelming for many reasons, one of which is the decision to confront the issues that have kept you feeling stuck. You may not have learned how to identify or engage with your emotions in a healthy way, which can lead to relational conflict or behaviors you wish you could change. Perhaps living in Dallas has contributed to a sense of discontentment as you find yourself measuring your life against a standard of success that doesn’t feel attainable.
My goal is to engage your story together from a place of curiosity and compassion, whether you’re dealing with shame, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational or spiritual struggles, or grief over how life has unfolded differently than you expected. Counseling can offer you a safe and supportive space to slow down, learn practical skills, and work toward the goals you’ve made. If you feel like I may be a good fit for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
I do not accept insurance but can provide documentation for you to provide your insurance for potential reimbursement.
