My personal experiences as a pastor who dealt with mental health challenges — and the damage that can happen when those struggles are not met with compassion and grace — created in me a passion to help others suffering from mental health issues and led me to earn a master’s degree in counseling psychology. I enjoy integrating discipleship and spiritual growth with best practices in mental health counseling. I am especially passionate about helping those who have been hurt by churches, church people, or spiritual authority, as well as anyone in ministry who needs a safe place to talk. But whatever your pain or struggles are, I would be honored to be able to walk beside you and help you in your journey.
