Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate
Lindsay Pennell, M.A., is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and adolescents experience meaningful change and lasting healing. She works with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to faith and spirituality.
Lindsay is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). She helps clients identify the deeper emotions and attachment needs that often drive distress, creating a safe and compassionate space where they can strengthen relationships, process painful experiences, and develop new patterns of connection.
Drawing from her experience working in both inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment, Lindsay understands the complexity of emotional pain and the resilience required for change. She integrates evidence-based practices with a Christian worldview, honoring each client’s values while providing compassionate, personalized care.
Lindsay strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. She approaches each person with warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity, believing that healing happens through secure relationships and meaningful connection. Whether clients are navigating personal struggles, relational conflict, or significant life transitions, she is committed to helping them move toward greater hope, emotional health, and healthier relationships with God, themselves, and others.
