Licensed Professional Counselor
My favorite word is redemption – the action of restoring what has been broken to its actual worth. Redemption is not abstract; we see it in our spiritual walk, in the brain, in relationships, and in our own human experience. As a therapist who values both faith and the brain, I intentionally integrate evidence-based care to help clients navigate shame, perfectionism, eating disorders, relational wounds, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where healing can take root, and where you can discover the remarkable ways God has designed your brain for survival, resilience, and restoration.
